1 Loaf

Whether it's at home or in the office, everyone will come back wanting more once they try this banana bread recipe. If you love banana bread cooked just right, with the gooey taste of bananas in a sweet loaf, then this recipe is for you.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

1/2 cup butter, melted

3/4 cup sugar

1/4 cup brown sugar

2 eggs, beaten

4 bananas, finely crushed

1 1/2 cups flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

3/4 teaspoon vanilla

Turn the oven to 350 degrees.

In a mixing bowl, stir the sugar and melted butter together until mixed well. Add eggs. Peel the banana's and finely crush them (I use my hands) until they are slightly liquidized, adding them to the mixture. Separately, mix the baking soda, flour and salt. Combine with the butter, sugar and bananas mixture. Add vanilla.

Once you have your mixture complete, pour the mixture into a greased and floured a loaf pan. I use non-stick cooking spray with flour which works great. Bake for 55 minutes. Let cool. Refrigerate.
